The inference here is that PEM has have found new resources that have extended the zone. Now they want to claim the new areas before the news is released and drives up the asking price or leads to a staking "rush" in the new zones.

Smart for them but tough on those that what results now.

I would think that, regardless of the agony of the current wait, that sort of strategy would pay off big for shareholders in the near future.
