Those shares on the ask at .57 are there to scare the retailer into selling into the bid that's how the bigboys accumulate when someone starts to pick away at the .57 iceburg substantially they will pull that bid and move it higher or take it away and let it run if news was bad these silly tricks wouldn't be happening and they would be selling into the bids not buying at them!
