The article addressing the Comstock Mining (LODE) company also included a range of estimates for the "in the ground, unmined, value" of the gold found so far (for an underground-tunneling mining operation) as ranging from $100 to $300 an ounce for both the NI-43-101 Measured and Indicated ounces as well as for the Inferred ounces.

In Premium Exploration's case, from all that I know as of now, it's ounces are minable at a less expensive above groung mining operation which could make the ounces worth more than Comstock Mining's ounces.

Hope this (admittedly general) information is of some interest and help in evaluating PEM's Friday-Petsite location "potential" as well as PEM's overall additional multiple locations in their OSZ holdings.
