This bill clearly gives the Secretary of the Treasury, sole power to determine need and set quantities for Gold and Silver Eagle production. Also gives the power to determine Quality standards to be met.

This could result in lower quality coins being released rather than rejecting them to be recycled. Might mean they plan to make more available to buyers who simply want them for bullion value.

Could also result in stricter standards and fewer coins available!!!
