PEM management has been working this property for a long time. It costs money to explore and that money has to come from somewhere. Some say they managed fundraising poorly.
The job at hand was to raise funds to perform the exploration projects. Not being financial geniuses, they did so by the only avenue open to them. I'm sure in hindsight they might have done a better job.
The fact is, management has done a reasonable job. Even to the extent of using personal money to secure properties which later were acquired by the companies. Some have even criticized this approach.
As long as the current management is able to continue developing these properties, resources will continue to grow. At some point, the gold will either play out or "be taken out". I seriously don't think it will run out anytime soon.
I believe Del has a grasp on what may lie in the future, and will protect the company interests as well as shareholder interests.
When the market can no longer ignore what PEM has in the ground, the share price will adjust accordingly. It is a step by step process that is ongoing.
Del has many who believe in him and many more watching very closely. We investors can participate or watch from the sidelines. I think the best is yet to come.
