Well, that helps explain why such a barguun is currently available.

Today somebody got some shares at $0.40 - whew!!

However, my remaining dry powder, although not completely used up, is now being held for short-term explosive opportunites.

(Like buying Uranium based stocks about 1 week after the Japan earthquakes - very oversold - and then selling for a pretty profit about 1 week after that)

Now, I just sit patiently and wait for the inevitable adjustment of PEM shares to their "true" value.

I have already sold some of my other holdings to buy more, but I have enough PEM now that I can just wait.

This reminds me a little of the time I held 100K ELD shares (back when they were $0.20)
