Premium was listed on the Delinquent Filers List for "technical disclosure or other reports do that not comply with the disclosure requirements of NI 43-101 or NI 51-101" from June 29th 2011 to July 8th 2011.

Premium Exploration was in compliance as of June 27th 2011, when it was given direction to issue the clarification release stating all requirements by the BCSC had been satisfied.

Although the Company remained on the list until July 9th 2011, the Company was in communication with the BCSC who was not aware of any reason why Premium remained on the list.
