As to when Premium Exploration could start repairing the Buffalo Gulch road and initiate more drilling, someone was up at the site on June 29th and found the soil conditions to be adequate to start doing this work at any time. It all depends on Pem's schedule.

Sent to me by e-mail from a first hand observer. A couple words have been changed.
