It is to Del's credit that PEM owns 100% of the properties. We may at some point sell a portion or do a JV when management feels that it would be beneficial.

Del's focus appears to be to prove the value before selling and he should be respected for that.

I don't like to pass on predictions of how high or when concerning the SP. I invested in PEM because of what I think is in the ground and I believe Del and Mike are here for the same reason.

I understand those who are upset because the SP goes no where. However that does not mean that progress is not being made. I'm sure Del would tell you, he could have done some things, sooner, later or differently. With hindsight we all could have.

Progress on the ground will prove that PEM is worth much more and it will be recognized by the market in due time.
