HUI is breaking out today with some strong performers like NEM, GG or AEM, this article explains that explorers are next, today I saw that RBC is accumulating with very strong support at 37 Cents, you know that before few days RBC actually raised target for PEM to $1,67, so something good must come, I think that PEM will break $1 this year!
