This sentence is very important:

Premium is re-evaluating the Chrome Mountain Property and reviewing strategic alternatives for optimizing shareholder value while focusing on the successful exploration and development of its district-sized Idaho Gold Project.

Maybe they are preparing us for spin off. The only thing that could find some value in Montana property is actually to spin off that property like EVG did with Prosperitiy. I was waiting for this to happen long time.
