Why this will lower sp of PEM, value of Montana is not included in current sp and also without Montana PEM is undervalated based on Ni 43-101. Spin-off can do only good for PEM, look how PPG was trading much higher after it starts to trade public. I think that there is some good value, specially Palladium what I like from Montana, SWC can also take over later that new company, but this is only my tought, maybe spin off will not happen. Anyway I am in PEM because of Idaho property.
