Best post in a long time Revenant, i think you have clarified things.
They are definitely trying to force a pp at the terms only favorable to those who actually sold and dropped the price in half in a few short weeks. This also eliminates many casual shareholders, puts shares in the hands of the big boys in case of any future votes.
The company is also at fault, maybe raising some money while it sat in the 36 to 50 range for over a yr. Maybe not having so many delays and missed time lines. From what i read in news releases on some boards i would have thought we would have results from 75 holes by the end of the yr and probably 40 by now...oh well.
Sure would have been nice to have hit the 1.50 range with followed timelines and doing a pp at a buck after they knocked it down, rather than at 20 or 25 after they knocked it down.
Lots of shares and lots of gold here, too bad barely any results this whole yr.
