Certainly worth pointing these things out, Pem has a very good chance of being something very big. I own many shares and wonder why some entity would sell so many shares to seemingly keep the share price from moving above the .30 cent range.

This is why i mention possibly meeting with the state for some type of loan rather than going the normal route. Many times entities will keep the price down to force a pp at lower prices which then enables them to accumulate shares at low prices that could be voted one way or the other.

Hopefully we get great news from Deadwood that breaks us loose...
