It is with great sadness that I received the news of skier's passing just a few minutes ago. At the age of 53, he left us far too early. I didn't know him personally but his contributions to the AGORACOM community were tremendous.

I never disclose my ratings of members but will make an exception in this case to say he ranked 4 in my book, the highest rating I give (because nobody is perfect).

I take solace in the fact that interacting with his fellow members took his mind off his pain.
