Not bailing, but really wishing that they get news out asap.

I hope in the future they don't experience the same problems with lab processing; if they use the same lab and have the same issues, then time to find another lab some how some way. Right now, and for the next 12 months at least, unwarranted delays simply cannot be accepted by management.
