Potential means very little in this market and PEM is one of the biggest loosers around.
all we ever read is "undervalued, buy, buy, buy". where were the experts before this huge downturn? somebody had to know what was coming. looking back we now know why the sell-off before the announcement.
how much are you down? you say hang on to your shares... I sure wish I had sold. how you can be ok with major delution before it has happened is plain scary. delution and this huge drop in SP together make this a first class disaster. even if you have the funds to average down you might need a double or triple just to come out even.
many long time shareholders seem to have been mislead by promises and expectations and it appears that we might not have been told the truth.
a new management team might be worth more then a quick spike in SP. current management has dropped the ball bigtime. it sure looks like efforts to market the stock have not had any positive results.
I say management did it again, after all, this is not the first time shareholders have been had. now it's time we speak up. enough with this financial mismanagement!
to announce a financing at the low during tax loss season shows absolute disregard for shareholders and only managements self serving need to raise funds no matter what. this could have been done in a way not as destructive as it is now. something smells big time here and may be more then plain incompetence.
I wonder what surprise awaits us next.
