He (Sprott) has also said that to the extent the silver price has declined, financial interests would continue to buy silver and this is exactly what has taken place. The tipping point where the paper longs exhaust the physicals could come and if we had a failure to deliver in the futures market, the upside would be truly explosive. If it does occur it will be a spectacular financial event.”

Finally I understand everything what is going on with PEM lately. They will not make any dilution of shares right now but they need some money until summer time, this is actually good move from them, what is wrong that insiders that was most of the time in the money didn't exercised warrants and next time should really PEM better think with whom to make some financial arrangement. So all is good and we can still make our calculation with the same amounts of shares.

Also Primed your tought about take over is very good. I hope that next year after this PP is closed we will see explosion in PEM sp to over 40 Cents. Then if we could see Junior Gold index going up because of lot acquisitions we could find our sp again in low 60 Cents area. That is enough to make some take over price at least at $1 but I hope that Gold mania will come and we will explode upside also through that $1 sp and never see low sp under $1 again, maybe PEM will see some acquisition arrangement next year so let's hope for the best, we still have Gold and beleive me I think that next year Gold mania will probably arrived and also our time will come.
