I have been out to the Casey Research site and I can't find any confirmation that Casey is following PEM.

The quote you provide sounds like Casey Research but it also states that they are "existing shareholders." I can assure you that, as a long-time subscriber to Doug Casey's International Speculator publication, they have not held shares of PEM in the past.

Where exactly is this information posted in a Casey publication?
