Long time ago I was engaged with one stock with similar management, it was KNB or Kinbauri Gold Corp. Actaully KNB had lot of Gold in very reach Gold Deposit, maybe 10 Moz or more but very bad management, very soon KNB got take over offer from Orvana Minerals(ORV). I will just put the most important sentence in the first take over attempt:

We are offering Kinbauri shareholders a choice: tender to our offer and receive liquidity, value and certainty today or face a risky future with Kinbauri, whose plan to bring its Spanish properties into production relies upon uncertain financing and inexperienced management.

And don't you think that here we have some similar problems. After all with KNB I made some money from 50 Cents to 75 Cents but property worth much more, at least $2 or more Dollar of KNB shares. All this process was total mess, so many legal suit against KNB, there were 3 companies involved, Glean Eagle, ATW and ORV, finally ORV has taken over KNB for 75 Cents. I see here very similar way unfortunately, there will be some hostile take over from Midas, maybe Midas actually complained to BCSC about current Ni 43-101, we will never know until first offer came. On the other side I don't think that selling shares right now is good thing, I think that take over offer will be at least 100% gain from this price, it will come until the end of May, this company will be history next year, sorry for all long shareholders. When Volume started to go up then expect take over offer. And I don't think that next report will show less Gold, only it will be better written because of legal things that will come later. I am sorry for all of us that must go through the same BS one more time on TSX Vulture exchange...
