Hi Max, the article was actually an ad that was being refered to on the other BB. If there had been a JV deal I would not have wanted to know ahead of an official public announcement. That is not to say there won't be a JV sooner or later with some entity, including possibly even Osk. . . . . . . may have been a misperception or misinterpretation about Osisko being a significant new investor, owning all that new stock in exchange for $$$. Based on what I gleamed from PEM there is no such JV contract. Sounds like the ad company needs to correct erroneous misinformation. They will be contacted by PEM, I think. But, for accurate info, you should contact CK in IR for 1st hand info., as opposed to hearsay from me.

I do strongly believe we are in play with a few serious onlookers. We need more infill drilling, maybe more step outs, possibly a new 43-101 with new ounces, and we could use a little money in a couple of months +or-. We do have something in PEM that seems extraordinary. For some of us, this is possibly a rare company with a rare opportunity to make some kind of noteworthy history.
