I was wrong in my earlier assertion.

It look like this $200,000 in funding will be used to pay the claims fees. These shares could have belonged to Del because there also appears to be no dilution occuring.

There now appears to be merit to Maxvalue's questions about where did the other funds go? Maybe they were used to compensate Del for his stake in the Company.

Any other opinions?
