does a company have to release drill results? Can they sit on a good or bad lab result and release it at their discretion?

My vote on what caused todays run was fear that KXL was going to be halted tomorrow and I don't think anyone wants to be caught paying a premium Monday or Tuesday.

On the other hand though, would it not be better if KXL released results with no halt late friday (if they have them) and cause a BUZZ at the confrence ( not like they haven't already) to further fuel the attention they will recieve at their booth.
