scott The idea of splitting the company is not speculation. Refer to the press release of June 19/07. Their intent is clearly stated there.They do say that this would serve to unlock shareholdwer value and that current shareholders will receive shares in the new company " proportionate to their holdings of Kodiak shares ". I believe that this makes sense now more than ever. With everyone so caught up with Hercules the stock price does not reflect the value of the other 2 areas of interest. Creating 3 separate companies would not adversely affect the "Hercules " company with all the present hype and in the case of a takeover you would be left with a big wad of cash and 2 companies with there own great potential.
