 I will level with you on Level II (pun intended).  Nothing comes for free but it can come cheap.  I am with BMOinvestorline and the cheapest way to see Levell II is if you do:  "30 or more electronic equity and/or option trades in a 3 month period".  Level II is free and all your trades are $9.99.  Personally I would say, that if you are not doing that many trades, then you are not really trading and you shouldn't be looking for cheap Level II's because it won't help you anyway.  But if you are a serious trader then that is a good example of what it takes to play the trading game.  Just my humble opinion...
