Shareholder protection plan

For shareholders who have bought in after this year's AGM in June.
FYI: I was reading through earlier NRs in 2007 and noticed the Shareholder Protection plan proposed on Feb 22nd. I didn't see another NR stating that it was actually ratified. Called Kodiak and was told that it was ratified in the AGM. So... very good news. I'm really impressed with management at KXL.
