Do you figure that Kodiak is free to issue more news?  I figure that since it's a bought deal, that there is no obligation to hold back on items that would affect an open market buy.  Dunno for sure.

I see with other companies' PP that the SP usualy is a bit "glued" to the PP price.  KXL probably has a premium to $3.80 for a good reason, but I was wondering if there is an elastic band between the $3.80 PP and the SP, until Nov. 27
