Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
Look, I did not characterize Hercules as a pipe dream and it is inaccurate to try and paraphrase my comments as such. I have tried to be a clear as I can to point out that we are a long way from realising what amounts to great potential at this point. That does not mean its not worth buying the stock.
If all it took was a company willing to put up millions of dollars, then there would never be any failures in the exploration business. But there are far more failures than there are successes. So, no I do not believe the syndicate is just throwing millions away. I do think they have examined all of the risks and measured the potential upside, and decided to go forward. Which is exactly what I have chosen to do as an investor.
I do not go through life with my head up my ass and just blindly hope that things will work out okay. I do not base my outlook on the hype that I read from other people. And I do not throw my money around on the assumption that just because insiders may be buying, or institutions may put up money, that the stock can never go down I(even temporarily) and that the ultimate blue sky upside will automatically come to pass. I question what I own each and every day and decide whether its worth the risk to continue holding it, or if its time to lock up some profit and wait for a lower risk entry.
I hope that makes it clear what I am trying to say. I will buy the first round if KXL goes straight to ten bucks...
cheers!
