here is what the NR says..

Closing of the offering is scheduled for November 27, 2007. The private placement is subject to

acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued will be subject to a mandatory

four-month hold period from the date of closing.

Once it has been reviewed and approved by the TSXVE and has been fully subscribed It is approved for closing on the date stated .

If they were to close earlier they would have to go back to the exchange for approval..Not impossible,but could do...
