I'm looking at the stock price and the PP price, and I'm sure KXL will have in mind not to leave their PP buyers in the lurch.

Much as we'd like news right now, Nov. 27 is the next big milestone for them, so I figure it's most likely that they would issue some lovely exciting news just before that date. Little point, by contrast, getting everyone excited now and then having the SP droop just at the PP close.

If they want buoyancy on the 27th, a release eve of the 23rd might make sense.

I just figure more buying opportunities in the coming week.
