some notes... in no particular order

Q: did the Golden Gate have visible gold?
A: Brian. Samples are in for assay... <big smile...>

mz: My interpretation is a - yes.

Q: How deep are you drilling now?
A: 150m

Q: Are you still seeing visible gold at 150?
A: We are seeing exactly the sample geology as other drill holes and at surface.

Q: What is the width between channel samples now?
A: 10m

Q: Are the results consistent?
A: The visible results are consistent and are in for assay.

Q: Will you have more than 3 drills working next year?
A: We have secured two more drills for May.

Q: How many stripping teams will be working on Hercules?
A: 3 teams (3 or 4 people with backhoe)

Q: Are the large players talking to you?
A: Yes... for a while now.

Q: Is KXL considering any offers?
A: No - we are committed to proving up the resource before contemplating any offer. I don't want to be known as the VP of Exploration that sold a 15 million oz resource for 1/2 price.

mz: Now that was interesting.... Brian said he has said this to a number of people so I feel this is now in the public domain. I believe this is a number he has just pulled out of his hat... but it gives you an indication that he thinks this is a large multi-million oz resource and it is growing.

Q: When is news coming out?
A: They are "still" waiting for assays and are very frustrated with that.

Q: What are you going to do with the rest of the 55 million (17 million for Hercules)?
A: 5 million for Otish, 5 million base metals, more land acquisition, maybe M&A, overhead etc...
