When you think about it, it isn't strange. Walmart and other retailers drop the price on stuff that isn't moving to free up shelf space for stuff that does. If everyone who bought at Walmart had to resell the stuff, the cheap stuff would not sell great because everyone would know it was slow moving goods.
I am long and strong on KXL, but at the end of the day, a stock is only worth what you can sell it for. I have not bought much on dips, as I have already more money in Jr's that I should, With KXL being half of my Jr holdings. I will look at adding a bit more when the price goes up. To add now might be a bargain, but my ave cost would increase from the $1.50 it is at now without my existing holdings increasing. In other words my positive margin would shrink.
I guess that puts me in the company of the fools who ar enot buying, but not in with the fools that are selling. Maybe that makes me a slightly cautious fool?
