I figured once it was a "bought deal", that the $3.80 would hold no matter what.  However, I believe that in the past there have been repricings in very unusual circumstances.

I very much doubt there would be a repricing - it's still a good deal - nobody could pick up 14.5 million shares on the open market at anything like today's prices.

However, I'd love to be educated - is there any mechanism you know of that allows a bought deal to be altered - or is it impossible to change?
