Sorry to criticize a stock you own - I'm aware that people hate to hear anything critical about their stock.

Try googling the chairman's last name plus the word ruling.  Check out the insider trading reports - the chair and pres. sell out frequently and heavily, and at the most favourable prices.  Check out their salaries on businessweek - their new PP will be used up in a short time just paying the insiders.  Check out the stock promotion history - a very long one.  Check out the tenor of their boards, and the language used.  Read the "43-101" literally, as someone who has money riding on it, and check out the people who wrote it.

Or don't check it out.  Most people who are in love with a stock are allergic to DD.
