Wow... outstanding shorts approach 1M as of Nov 30th?! 

Significant number of shorts IMO considering relatively low public float and significant insider/institution holdings who are also buying heavily on the public market as of late.

Can you imagine being caught short with assays pending and then HALT?!  Not I.

Good thing about shorts... they MUST eventually cover (i.e. go long).
