I'm pretty sure Kodiak has said publicly that they are not going to mine, and are going to wait until all the results are in.  My impression is that they have no interest in becoming a mining company, so once they know what they have, they will attempt to get top dollar in the market for the property.

This will surely result in lengthy periods of sideways movement of the stock, but whether I get my increase monthly or all at the same time is unimportant to me.  Getting top dollar in a buyout is important...so I'm quite comfortable with this approach.

As far as the area plays go, none of them have near the upside KXL does, so I've given no thought to them.  We have the winning horse...now we just have to ride it home.
