But I sure feel more comfortable with Mr. Richardson buying large quantities of shares retail on the open market rather than the opposite -- dumping them, like some of the insiders of some of these area plays are doing.

I'm sure that Mr. Richardson has more info in general than the average joe on the street. No, he might not know drill results but I'm sure he's very familiar with what's going on in the field and may have either been onsite or gotten information directly from the drillers as to what they are finding out there.
