I am not sure where you are going with your comments. Finding enough resources at Hercules to split the company? Why should it matter what happens at Hercules? My point is, you have leverage to different commodities, and investors have demonstrated they will buy a stock to participate in one story. So why not split them into separate companies and then all three can trade on their own leverage to exploration success. Your point about Hercules resources is neither here nor there. Of course KXL goes up if more resources are outlined at Hercules.
The split for ARU happened when the stock was trading in double-digit share values. Can you see a slight difference in liquidity between a $15 stock, and a $4 stock? There is nothing to be gained by KXL just doing a share split. If it gets to $20, even then I would not think its worth splitting the share structure.
