thank you for the links.
is there such a list also for the trading on the Canadian market?
I came to know about short selling and naked short selling by reading the NOT board.
I also read the articles you referred to.
What I don't understand is why naked short trading is not severely persecuted? isn't every transaction easy to trace?
I hate to ask the question, but here it is:
so what is the worst case scenario? what happens when criminal people sell naked short milions of Kodiak shares without being caught and stopped?
I confess that now I am somewhat concerned.
I thought that investing in Kodiak was an excellent idea and I felt safe when buying their shares. to me Kodiak is a very trustworthy company and I am still hoping for a "happy end". afterall I am investing in a democratic and civilized country with clear laws and rules.
maybe the "anonymous" trading should be stopped and people may trade only when giving their names? or, the rules for the brokers must be tightened? maybe the companies keep a register for "nominal" shares?
do we have to take physical delivery of our shares?
there must be something we can do in order to stop the short selling! What is it? please let me know. thank you.
