According to other bull boards and experienced investors, the way to stop naked shorts is to ask for a certificate or have the company re-issue shares. Investors like myself are buying and selling within a self directed R.R.S.P., therefore we can not request certificates. From what I gather it is ilegal in the U.S. to naked short, I'm trying to find where it is absolutly legal to do it in Canada, can anyone shine a little light on this for me, thanks, Doogie
