Gold mineralization persists to the southeast from the long section for more than one kilometer. This portion of the Golden Mile is undrilled and the potential for multiple high grade ore shoots is excellent.
In the Far SE Golden Mile, drillhole HR07-29 intersected 2.0 m grading 54.09 g/t Au (1.57 oz/t) and remains open.
Hole 29 can be found at bottom right of diagram included below, and it can be noted that it is about 1 km away from the nearest other Golden Mile holes. This is a very important "1 km" of what seems to be a high grade vein structure that has not been drilled between this hole and most recent area that has had the focus.
These 2 interesting pictures showing 2 seperate sections of the drill core have been posted on the Kodiak website.
