What happened to this stock...in a word, nothing. They still have the same potential, zero debt, great management, $50 million in cash AND 100% owned/controlled properties they had 2 weeks ago.

Its just the nature of the game; people want the news to get bigger and bigger and never want to see anything negative. The fact that we pulled up 2.9m of 5oz/t is incredible to me. Obviously some others saw the glass as half empty, along with a declining market and got scared out of their shares. That along with the fact that a news release wasn't expected for another month(which I'm not sure is the case) and also a lot of people bought KXL on momentum and hype and didn't do their homework. So at the first sign of any weakness they jumped ship.

I honestly believe a lot of people see a result like 2.9 metres and subconsciously convert that into 2.9 feet(thinking its an insignificant find). When it reality they hit 9.5 feet of extremely high grade gold, extending a known high grade vein to over 400 metres (~1200 feet). If you think about that its pretty amazing, and they've barely scratched the surface.

To use an analogy; I'd say the average person's bedroom might be in the neighbourhood or 10-15 feet square. Take the volume of that room and multiply it by 100 and try to calculate how much gold that works out to be.
You're already getting into the hundreds of thousands of ounces (at 5oz/t) and that's only 3m square. Achaean shear deposits are typically into the hundreds and sometimes thousands of metres deep. Not to mention this one vein in a whole series of other veins and they've only explored 10% of the surface so far.

So if you've got the patience to ride this out for at least a year I believe you'll be extremely happy with any shares under $10. Of course there will be ups and downs but in the long run this should be a lifetime opportunity IMHO.

Cheers.
Gamblor.
