David Petch writes about the importance of infrastructure and mentions that capital costs have gone up by 30% per year. He discusses the downfall of Galore Creek and also mentions the problems NORONT may have because of lack of infrastructure.

With Hercules we are in a perfect location, and also our Nickel property close to Timmins is good from that point of view. Sleeping Giant could also work out well. The Caribou nickel project I would on the other hand sell to the highest bidder, too low a grade and too far away with too much loading-unloading-loading etc. 

With the sub-prime issues and problems of financing, I trust KXL management will spend the money wisely and in my oppinion focus heavily on Hercules, because thats where all the aces seem to stack up
