30 years ago there weren't thermo electric overalls that keep you a confortable 28 degrees Celcius or so. Just have to remember to bring extra battries. There's people working like crazy and those helicopters leaving the T-Bay airport are carrying surveyors and geologists daily plus KXL is saving alot of money by buying the hotel for their 50 or so workers. Romour is they were paying $200 a day for bunking, therefore just buy the motel cheaper in the long run and more comfortable than trailers! It's cold up here but nice if your dressed warm. Days are getting longer therefore more work getting done. Cheers!   Jokal
