jay..saw it pop back up to $2.79 when I posted but was a mite hasty...$2.70 came along...People in the US are hurting and may lead to distress selling..Came back from a few weeks in Georgia this weekend and the housing market is in the dumps..Have a daughter in Chicago that has a house for sale,due to a job move and see the pain there too..

so I can see this is bigger than KXL or our own little corner of the map..and it will get worse..
