There are rules of engagement for mutual funds..some can short..and some can't ..depending on how they are structured in the prospectus from day one..
And as brokers for individual clients accounts,again how the accounts are set up for client risk tolerence,depends on whether they can short the account or not..but the Broker(Sprott,in this case) has power of attourney over these account so CAN short KXL in those managed accounts that are set up for such a risk structure..
I enjoy the "Baffle gab" back and fourth on a slow day and suggest Rico buy a Shirley Temple with two straws and we'll share it..
We have some going to do to get our benchmark KXL Party trigger,but it will come...
