Nowhere does it say that Sprott holds kxl for its CLIENTS.See paragraph 4(c)...The offerer exercises control or direction over ALL of the common shares referred to above in its capacity as portfolio manager of managed accounts. Paragraph 7 lists these managed accounts which are all mutual funds where individual clients have no imput.
Sprott is not a person (Eric excluded ) but a company.Sprott does not own any shares of any company itself.Shares are bought by the funds controlled by Sprott.
