I have been reading alot about the resurgence of panhandling at or near past producing gold mining districts in the lower states.People out to find a nugget or two.

with the impending collapse of a large part of the american middle class,and the subsequent poverty to follow,it will be a very tempting draw for alot of people from down south to catch a plane ,train or automobile up to the golden mile to panhandle a few ounces with a stick of dynamite..... 

.funny thing is...it could very well happen
