Message: Re: The Investment case For Junior Mining Companies: Fundamental View

In my opinion, statistically it is impossible that we do not have several million ounces on our 1400 km2 property. Based on previous mine operations, based on what others are finding, what we are finding, the characteristics of the gold findings are all very similar, and they are spread all over the place.

There is only one question: when do we have enough at one location to start a mining operation? If we do not want to mine it our selves, maybe we can lease it away or something. I do not recommend that we sell out after our first mine, since there will be more.

We will then use the money(what is left over after our Las Vegas party) to look for the next one, and so on.

Yes, these days we have the Wallmart mentallity, everything has to be super sized. This applies to sites where you have to spend a lot on money up front for infrastructure, site developments, etc, but those costs are pretty low at Hercules, so I think we can get away with mines in the size range of 0.5 to 2 million ounces of gold. The advantage with gold and diamond mining is that you do not have to spend huge money on the down stream processing as is the case for nickel and copper.

So guys, we have the laws of mathematics and statistics on our side and we are bound to hit pay dirt.

Qualifier: Remember OJ, from a DNA point of view the chances that he was innocent was about 1 in a billion. Hopefully, that was the only staticitical abnormallity in our life time.
