For starters, as my moniker states, I am new to this and have been trying to educate myself...unfortunately, I am constantly weeding through off topic crap posted on this board...btw, what does Sam Mckee have to do with KXL?

I wasn't trying to imply that management was doing anything shady with insider information...I was reading bettween the lines as others have posted their conversations with IR and how they sounded UPBEAT on the phone...does sounding upbeat break any security regulations?
